Arunachal Elections: JDU gives party ticket to 15 prospective candidates -Afaque A Khan

A total of fifteen prospective candidates were given away with the party tickets and they are now official candidates of the Janata Dal United. Said JDU National General Secretary cum Secretary North East Executive Council Afaque A Khan while briefing the media at its office here today.
Khan said that the state selection committee have forwarded fifteen candidates names and based on it the party have finalised recommendation of the screening committee and party tickets have been issued to the candidates for the forthcoming election in state for assembly election 2019.
He said that two sitting MLA Techi Kaso and Dikto Yekar is contenting and trying their luck from JDU ticket from Itanagar and Daporijo while one former MLA Tani Lofe is contesting from his home constituency Seppa. Till date fifteen party ticket have been issued to candidate of some of them have filed their nomination while rest will filed their nomination paper on March 25 the last date of filing nomination as per elect8ioin commission order.
He inform that Topi Ete is given party ticket from 30 Aalo West, Dana Takio from from 49 Bordumsa-Dayum, Dongru Sionju from 7 Bomdila-Nafra, Tani Lofa from 11 Seppa West, Hayeng Mangfi from 9 Chayang Tajo, Techi Kaso from 13 Itanagar, Dikto Yekar from 24 Daporijo, Padmeshwari Jamoh from 48 Lekang, Byabang Taj from 18 Palin, Gunjum Haider from 26 Dumporijo, Dorjee Wangdi from 5 Kalaktang, JIkke Tako from 20 Tali, Ngonlin Boi from 54 Namsang, Talem Taboh from 32 Rumgong, and Kanggong Taku from 40 Mariyang-Geku assembly constituency and said that the party have tried to given party ticket to the prospective candidates and hope that the people of state may elect them and elaborated the performances of their central leader like national president and chief minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar and other in national development and assured to take up all regional issue of the area in the national arena. Khan added.
