Itanagar: Capital Police warned gamblers to face legal action
The government of Arunachal has totally banned all form of gambling and is a law of the land which need to be implemented properly- SP Capital.

Capital Police chief Tumme Amo today warned the gamblers either to get away from gambling or ready to face legal action.
Amo said that gambling is not at all acceptable for a civilized society like ours. Gambling in any form is not good for any person. It has been witness in several cases that gambling has ruined family and damaged the economic condition of a happy family. Gamblers not only themselves waste their hard earned money but precious time and energy in such activities.
The government of Arunachal has totally banned all form of gambling and is a law of the land which need to be implemented properly. Even after prohibitory order by the Capital administration it has been witness in several pockets people were playing dice and other form of gambling.
Amo said that capital police leaving many important works of the capital city has raided in several places and has also arrested and detained several people and also seized huge quantity of gambling materials. Few cases has also been registered in compliance to the Arunachal Pradesh Prohibition of Gambling Act-2012.
He further warned the gamblers either to stay away from gambling activities or ready to face legal action.
