RD Komkar Dulom appointed as new DC of Capital Complex

In a partial modification of earlier order of December 13, the state Governor in an order appointed the director of RD, Komkar Dulom, APCS (AG) as the Deputy Commissioner of Capital Complex, Itanagar.
Consequently, Rajeev Takuk, APCS (Admin Grade), is retained as Deputy Commissioner, Siang district with immediate effect, an official statement said
