The general public of twin capital city is fed up with the stray cattle loitering on the streets of the capital complex , the district administration and IMC is mute spectators of such unhygienic activities without taking any action.
One senior citizen at Papu Nallah said that why the administrator is not taking any action against all these activities in the capital complex.
During the period of DC Mige Kamki , Sandip Kumar Singh and ADM Talo Potom the administration use to clear these stray cattle from the street of the capital complex. but for last one years neither the capital district administration nor the Itanagar Municipal council is taking any action.
One youth from Super Market said that there are heaps of garbage remain on the roadside on off days and it is not disposed off by IMC may be due to off days but these stray animals create nuisance and these garbage’s are source of many disease and we may fell prey of some disease.

One lady driving a two wheelers at Chimpu said that these stray animals are source of several accidents in the capital complex but who care. We are happy that a good road will come up in twin capital but these animals like cow, dog, pig and even our local animals Mithun create lots of hindrance in free flow of traffic movement.
One student leader from Bank Tinali said that we are annoyed by such activities of the administration who should take care of these activities but why the capital administration is not doing as this is also a part of cleanliness drive by which our city will remain free from some of the problems and accidents specially which is dangerous for the commuters on the street of the roads of the capital complex not only the main road, Highway but in all sector/colony and arterial roads. He appeal the DC Capital Prince Dhawan and IMC officers to take immediate action.
