Parliamentary Secretary Agriculture, Tatung Jamoh Visited East Siang District

Parliamentary Secretary (Agriculture), Arunachal Pradesh, Tatung Jamoh, today visited the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture, East Siang District. In a formal interaction with the Parliamentary Secretary, Smti Y.J.Lego, Deputy Director Agriculture highlighted the various grievances pertaining to the development of agriculture in East Siang District. While highlighting the problems, she informed the dilapidated conditions of the vehicles which is 22 years old and asks for new vehicles. She also highlighted the lack of conference cum training hall, office chambers for ADO’s and boundary fencing of the office.
After listening to the various grievances put forth by the officials, the Parliamentary Secretary agreed to look into the matter with outmost important. He further emphasized on cordial working environment and asked the officers to put forward new innovative ideas pertaining to the development of agriculture. He also discussed about the oil palm cultivation in the district and emphasized on popularity of oil palm cultivation, a release from Agriculture Department, Pasighat stated.
