Trans Arunachal Highway are not constructing as per DPR, alleged AAPTAHWA

The All Arunachal Pradesh Trans Arunachal Highway Welfare Association ( AAPTAHWA) today alleged that the ongoing Trans Arunachal Highway are not constructing as per Detail Project Report ( DPR ) and as per MoU sign with State government by construction companies.
Addressing media person at Arunachal press club today AAPTAHWA president Papu Tayem inform that members visited the TAH works sites from Hoj papum pare district to Nichipu, of West Kameng district and which is under sushee infrastructure Mining Company Ltd. on 12th march 2016.
The Members of the Association visited Mua under, Sagalee circle, it is found that over all work sites have many irregularities such, As per the MoU agreement and Muck disposal plan road work was not done completely, As per the central public work department norms the works are not properly executed, vertical cutting of road, overall the works site of TAH there are completely no dumping ground which should have been as per DPR air marked.
It is found that construction of culverts are also not constructed as per DPR norms, sufficient culvert Retaining wall has been constructed and which result in massive distraction of agricultural land of WRC and Jhum cultivation has occurred, which including blocking of river and streams forest properties and ecological river imbalance.
It is observed that due to negligence of Regional Officer/ project director cum- general of manager and executing agency of the concerned company are not carrying out properly execute the ongoing TAH works.
And AAPTAHWA have strongly demanded Chief Secretary Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh to take immediate action against the such defaulter working agencies, and also submitted a letter to the Chief Secretary on 11th March. 2016. but no action and report yet been received he added.
Accepting road is the life line of people of state, association demanded concerned authorities to payment all the pending competition of State and construction works to be completed.
Latter, AAPTAHWA demand the State government to check properly and stopped their payment for irregularities works.
Tayum further appeal the government to pay the compensation lying pending of the beneficiaries of may project and roads of the state under TAH due to which some of the project are lying pending for execution.
