Arunachal: Kra Daadi Football Tournament 2019 begins

The Khyoda Brother FC today registered the first win of the second edition of Kra Daadi Football Tournament 2019 that commenced today at the general ground here.The Khyoda Brother FC defeated Tassar United FC by 2-1.
The tournament, organized by the Yapa Ajin Football Club under the aegis of the Kra Daadi Football Association, was inaugurated by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) president Taring Tiri.
Speaking at the event, Tari urged the players to maintain sportsmen spirit and discipline no matter what the outcome would be of the match. He also urged youths to refrain from getting too involved in student politics and to concentrate on their academics.
Chambang BDO Tassar Dawa in his speech encouraged the youths to take active part in games and sports for their own personality development and health. He, however, advised them to give importance to their academics as well.
Kra Daadi Students’ Union assistant Games & Sports secretary Dindo Tachang also spoke at the event.
