Kimin
The Papum Pare district administration on 24th July’2018 organized the second “JAN SUNWAI SAMMELAN” at SDO office Kimin, in Arunachal Pradesh with a purpose to provide services to the people under various Govt Schemes at their doorstep premises.
Approximately 1100 public visited the camp to avail various services from various villages of Kimin and Kakoi area .
In a symbolic gesture of respect to the senior citizen, the camp was inaugurated by the senior citizen retired APCS officer Tana Tedi Tara, from Kimin in the presence of DC Dr. Joram Beda, IAS, all heads of department, admin officers and general public.
The fishery department distributed free fish seeds of 1500 Nos to 10 progressive fish farmers selected under Kimin Circle.
Deputy Director ICDS Smt. Dani Yami and her team organized a ‘Baby Show’ on the sidelines of the camp and prizes were given away to the new mothers to encourage better child care.
Women and Child Development department also registered 44 Nos of beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY), Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension, Indira Gandhi national disabled pension, Indira Gandhi national widow pension and national family benefit. Two Nos of beneficiaries were also provided assistance amounting to Rs. 12,000 each on the spot under CM disability scheme.
Horticulture department registered 76 Nos of farmers in Hortnet in which 30 Nos were successfully registered online.
Agriculture Department also distributed pesticides, tools and implements, bio fertilizers, seeds to 110 people and felicitated 03 progressive farmers.
Veterinary department also registered and treated 95 cases. In PHED department counter also distributed dustbins to selected 16 beneficiaries, water sample testing collected from two locations model village and market line, and o6 new water connections form issued and 01 water bill paid.
District Food and Civil Supplies dept under DF &CSO Honik Bayang gave away Free LPG connections to seven beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY).
Under Lead Bank 41 Nos new bank account opened today and under DRDA 95 Nos of Job card forms were issued, and 76 applications job card received and issued on spot after due verification and approval 54 Nos.
Meanwhile Urban Development department also received applications under skill development training under NULM 18, applications of PAY(HFA) 17, swachch Bharat Mission(urban)-IHHL 50.
As usual the counter of health departments sees overwhelming response from the public, altogether 146 people registered and screened under Non Communicable Disease (NCD) for lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and cardiovascular disease along with ECG facilities and BMI, blood Hemoglobin and grouping facility, RBS test including Toxins Analysis and eye screening test.
Health Department also conducted eye screening test where 114 cases detected including cataract Pterygium and colour blindness etc.
APEDA Department also generated Rs. 1,65,370 revenue from Ujala materials. 118 Nos of Adhaar card enrolled and updated by Economics and Statistics department.
The Election Branch DC cum DEO office Yupia also conducted demonstration and awareness on EVM and VVPAT, and received online processing of form 8 in NSVP 17 Nos and online processing Form 8A in NSVP 02 Nos.
SDO Kimin J. Padung and His team issued ST 31, PRC 39, Temporary ILP 45, birth certificates 76, trading license (new) 19 and 14 nos renewed and CO Kakoi Tana Bapu also issued ST 09,PRC 08, BC 01 and trading license 02 after proper verification by respective Gaon Buras and Gao Buris who were also present in the camp.
EAC Judicial cum DTO Papum Pare Kapter Ringu issued 121 nos of learners license after on the spot health check up. Ophthalmologist and optometrist from TRIMS provided participated in the camp.
In two days programme at Jote and Kimin Land Management department issued 270 new LPC forms and 60 new land allotment forms and create awareness on do and Don’ts on LPC and land allotment. During the programme Disaster Management department also issued relief cheque of Rs,90,000 against fire accident victim and DDMP 2018-19 also released on the occasion.
12Bn NDRF also demonstrated on the procedures or relief and rescue operations in the event of any disaster.
APST provided special buses to bring in villagers from all the way from Kimin and Kakoi circles. Planning department also distributed guidelines on DDU Swalamban Yojana, DDU Bunkar Yojana, DDU Krishi Rinn Yojana and forms were issued.
More than 30 departments participated in the Jan Sunwai Sammelan in Kimin Sub Division and received huge participation from the public.
