Arunachal: Body of woman found on Railway Track and An unidentified body found in Senki river

Body of a woman found on Railway Track last night and suspected to be hit by the running train,  and in a another incident  an unidentified body found in Senki river.

SP Papum Pare Tumme Amo said that  body of a lady was found at Dipa Village between Harmuty and Gumto in Assam last night. She was later identified as mother of Kipa Kanam (former Arunachal Law Students Union  (AALSU) General Secretary) of Lekhi Village of Papum Pare district.

He said that after investigation it have been found that she was hit by running train  (Donyi Polo express) last night and died on spot and lying on the track.

The Lakhimpur Railway Police is investigating the matter and after conducting formalities the body was brought to Lakhi by the his son Kipa Kanam for conducting last rite.

However SP said that the victim Late Kipa Yame aged around 70 years  was survived with husband Kipa Kania four son and two daughter. He inform that the victim was not feeling well mentally for last few days and unfortunately she was hit by the train. However further investigation is being done by Railway Police. He added.

In a another incident an unidentified body found in Senki river today afternoon.

Capital SP Sagar Singh Kalsi inform that a unidentified semi-decomposed body have been recovered from the Senki river  in downstream near Police Colony at Chandra nagar today afternoon.

He said that small children have first spotted which  was inform to local women of the area who latter call the police by obtaining the phone number of the Police Station from local daily about the incident.

He said that on receiving of information the Itanagar police have retrieved the body from the river bed and inquest and proceeding under 174 CrPc is being done and the body will be kept at Morgue of RK Mission Hospital for next 72 hours for further verification and identification.

The body was tied with light colour bed sheet while raped in blue blanket and it is not identified so far.

Kalsi further said that He is looking for missing persons for last 10-15 days in capital complex and information have been sent to all Police Station of district and nearby bordering Police Station in Assam in this regard.
