Arunachal: Work culture among officers needs to be improved- Nabam Rebia

Minister Environment & Forest, Land Management, Nabam Rebia today requested the officers to maintain work culture for speedy development of department and state as a whole.

Rebia was addressing the officers of department of environment and forest in the inaugural function of office of Western Circle of Forest department.

He said that work culture among the workers and officers need to be increased as it is the need of the hour and we have to create avenue and opportunities for others so that the younger generation also take part in the state development.

While lauding the department for creating infrastructure for Western Circle Rebia hope that the infrastructure make best use for the officials and serve the purpose of the department.

PCCF, Dr. Rabindra Kumar while said that the earlier building which was constructed in way back in 60’s and was in bad shape and beyond repairable  condition and the official was unable to work properly.

DFO Banderdewa Neelam Nido while informed that the estimate 3,40 crore was sanctioned under TFC grant of 2015-16 have been completed with a plinth area of around 600 sqmtrs which would accommodate all officials and staffs of the Western Circle. He however said that the plantation drive in many circles and awareness programme have been completed and even continue if the general public and masses support the imitative for more greener area.

PCCF (Wildlife & Bio Diversity) R Kemp, PCCF M Surya Prakash among other senior officer and official of Environment & Forest Department, CO Banderdewa Neelam Teji and former PRI and IMC leaders and local people of the area were   present on the occasion.

The dignitaries later participated in plantation drive in the area.
