Robin Hibu shares his feelings of gifting a traditional shawl to President

Robin Hibu, joint commissioner in the Rashtrapati Bhavan Secretariat shares his feelings of gifting a traditional shawl to the Ram Nath Kovind, President of India while in an official call on meeting a few days ago. As Robin Hibu said with arunachal24, he felt proud to gift the shawl to His Excellency who showed a keen interest on NE traditional dressage.
“I Felt emotionally touched, when His Excellency President told me that, he knew about me and heartily welcomed me in joining Rashtrapati Bhavan with a warm smiling handshake and advised me to continue to do well with utmost sincerity and devotion in Rashtrapati Bhavan” said Robin Hibu.
Reminiscing about the meeting which took place a few days ago, Robin said he truly felt nostalgia to be in the select team of Rashtrapati Bhavan. He said it was a moment he will never forgot.
According to him, the feeling of joy when invited for Banquet ( state dinner ) with the President of Belarus; Vice President of India and PM was so overwhelming that he wasn’t able to gulp food items for a few minutes out of sheer disbelief of eating together with President and PM.
