Arunachal’s Students felicitates Kiren Rijiju in Delhi

Arunachal Students’ Union, Delhi, under the leadership of its president Likha Akash has felicitated Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju for his resounding victory in the just-concluded Lok Sabha election.
Expressing gratitude for his service to the state, the student body in a statement said that it is because of him the student from Northeastern state could reside in the national capital with confidence and safely.
The students took up various issues pertaining to the state like greenfield airport, trans-highways and development of education with Rijiju. The minister was urged to set up a hostel for the students studying in the national capital.
Rijiju in his response expressed his gratefulness for the love and affection of the people of Arunachal.
He assured that the greenfield airport would be completed in three and half years time. He also assured place a proposal for a hostel with the concerned authorities.
