Arunachal: BJYM condemned allegation against Tapir Gao by AJF

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has condemned the false allegations made by the Arunachal Justice Forum (AJF) on state BJP president Tapir Gao endorsing game to root out Chief Minister Pema Khandu from its present post in the upcoming 2019 election.
“AJF is a counterfeit forum and their sole intention is to tarnish the image of Tapir Gao. It is a planned conspiracy by the opponent party to malign the relationship between BJP president and Chief Minister Pema Khandu,” BJYM President Taring Tiri said while addressing reporters at BJP office on Monday.
Taring Tiri told that, a criminal defamation case has been lodged against the person from the AJF and accordingly the High Court has directed the police to investigate in the matter. A money suite has been also lodged against them, he added.
Speaking on land possessed by Tapir Gao at Naharlagu, he said that the structure was since many years in his name. Everybody needs home to live and earn, the matter only came when Tapir Gao building extra rooms in the same structure.
If the AJF has authentic documents regarding procuring of government land they should have filed case in the police station rather calling a press conference in the neighbor state Assam.
Taring Tiri also said that as Tapir Gao is out of state so the concerned documents of land allotment could not be showcased. But as soon as he will be back the same will be done in a given timeframe, he added.
In the meantime BJYM has requested the media from Assam not to entertain those people with false allegations to any person without authentic documents. He also added that, even they had provided any documents they should have once talked with the alleged so to substantiate the allegations.
BJYM also alleged that the forum is habitual offender in many such controversies in the past maligning the image of public figures.
AJF had earlier conducted a press conference in a city hotel of Guwhati on 13th of this month.
