Capital police found a women lying dead on the bank of river Borpani backside of the helipad here today.
OC of the Naharlagun Police station, D Dolum inform that ‘on receipt of information regarding a body of a women found dead on the bank of river Borpani at around 11.30 this morning. the deceased was later identified as Hage Yami w/o Late Hage Akha of Prem Nagar.
A case of unnatural death have been registered vide Case No-2/19 u/s-174 CrPc and investigation have been launched.
Investigation is being done from all angles and if necessary a regular case would be registered, all legal formalities is being done, OC added.
