Health service is the best service to the humanity, one have to face challenges and get satisfaction while carrying out the work said Capital DC Prince Dhawan.
Dhawan while addressing the doctors, Para-medical staffs and urban Aganwadi workers of the Itafort Dispensary here today on the eve of starting of laboratory and minor Operation theatre facility for the patient, Dhawan said that no development would be possible if the health of the government servant as well as workers are not well, for making a health care facility more effective we need to promote and update our infrastructure with latest technology in the age of computerisation.
He felt necessary of an ambulance for ferrying local patient in Itanagar township and assured to provide latest by this year. He said that the government staffs posted at RK Mission Hospital shall also join and coordinate in all national and vertical programmes of the Health Department in the capital region as and when required. He requested the Hospital Management Society to immediately installed Adhar & Pose machine with computerisation system to maintain right from registration to providing of medical reports etc and all other official activities and also to promote cashless transaction. He also directed the DMO to help the hospital in providing internet facility to cope up with the latest technology and medical facility as well as government scheme in medical management and others issues. He also requested the Director Incharge Jt. Director (Health) Dr. Emi Rumi to immediately constitute District Health Society separately for the Capital region so that the monitoring and funding to the hospital would be dealt in more effective way dhawan said.
He further appeal all doctors, staffs to devote their time in service of the humanity and assured his fullest support in promoting the health care facility better.
Director (Health) Jt. Director Dr. Emi Rumi in his address said that there have been lots of change in Itafort Dispensary since before. He suggested the staff to maintain team spirit in deliverance of health care facility to the local people of the state capital. He said that since their is fund constraint and appeal the DC to provide fund for construction of conference hall cum training hall for Agawadi workers and staffs for many vertical programmes of state and central government at Itafort and Rakap Colony. He appeal all the staffs to segregate all bio-medical waste and maintain swach bharat abhyan a successful.
DMO, Paum Pare Dr. Tasso Kampu while said that the government is streamlining the transfer and posting and so far 118 staffs have been transfer and posted form its original place of posting for equal distribution of staffs and deliverance of health care system to masses. She said that we have started patient delivery point at Bassarnallo, Jote and Tarasso and hope that if possible the Itafort Dispensary also would be possible to function as patient delivery system and after the emergency services would be functioning round the clock. She appeal the DC to convert the Dispensary into CHC of its nomenclature as the Dispensary is maintaining all schemes of the central as well as state government apart of normal health facility.
Medical Officer Incharge Dr. Kabak Tamar highlighted the achievement of the Dispensary in last 1 and half year though power point presentation. He also highlighted the full utility of the fund provided by the DC office and other sources in the service of the masses and also all the update of the scheme being implemented for health system launched by GOI and GoAP from time to time. He assure all services of the facility launched today for the service for the masses.
