Arunachal: 2 individuals arrested in Chongkham are not our cadre- ENNG
The Eastern Naga National Government ( ENNG ) through a press statement has claimed that the two individuals who were recently arrested by the Madras Regiment and Wakro Police at Chongkham are not associated with ENNG.

The Eastern Naga National Government ( ENNG ) through a press statement has claimed that the two individuals namely Mr. Atsui Yobin and Mr. Shanti Vijay Munda who were recently arrested by the Madras Regiment stationed and Wakro Police at Chongkham are not associated with ENNG.
In the press statement sent to Arunachal24 via e-mail, ENNG denied the existence of any such individuals nor do they have any affiliation or official recruitment record of any such individuals whose name was published in various media outlets and social media platforms.
However ENNG have accepted that few days back, one of its cadres namely Mr. Kalinjoy Chakma has been arrested by the Madras Regiment of Chongkham but they claim that he has been arrested unfairly and the pieces of evidence like weapons, ammunition and other materials which the Wakro Police claims to have found in his possession were ingeniously planted and fabricated.
