The Kurung Kumey Zila Parishad Chairperson and Secretary General of All Arunachal Pradesh Pachayat Parishad, Sangha Tajik in a memorandum submitted to the Home Minister demanding for investigation of death of Student Toko Yame in Tawang through CBI or SIT.
The memorandum submitted today which was made available with arunachal24 said that the body of the Class-XII student Toko Yame was found after eight days of missing and was recovered in semi decomposed condition from Biga bridge water fall near JNV School, Tawang. Since body was not found even after lots of search in the same locality previously and after eight days it was found which indicate and seems that it is cold blooded murder Tajik allege.

The letter said that the boy got missing after a group class among the students on September 16 last, it seems foul play in the tragic death of the student and demanded CBI or SIT probe which shall unrevealed the truth soon and bring the culprit to book and award of exemplary punishment the release added.
