Massive landslide at Sange in West Kameng dist

The Traffic stranded due to massive landslide on Sunday at Sange, about 40 Km from Dirang town in West Kameng district. According to a local person vehicle plying along the BTC road was stranded for more than 12 hrs
Despite deployment of one Tracked Hydraulic Excavator, a Backhoe Loader (3DX) and a Loader by the BRO round the clock, progress have been minimal due to the density of mud debris and rocks accumulated at the land slide site.
Meanwhile Local people informed arunachal24, that there are possibilities of further landslide, so that the people travelling in this route should constantly keep updated from various sources on the status of the road clearance.
