A peaceful candle march was organised by the members of Bengia Welfare Society on Wednesday in mark of respect for the departed soul of Late Bengia Tamang, Goan Bura (GB) of Pakpu Village who was killed near Taba Village in Damin Circle on April 25 last.
The candle march which began from Old Bazar, Koloriang was culminated near DC Office. The march was total peaceful and was a silent march.
Earlier a circular was issued by BWS General Secretary Bengia Sangkio where they demanded immediate arrest of culprit, justice to the departed soul of Late Bengia Tamang and grant of relief to the victim family.
