Education scenario should be improve- Prince Dhawan

The Coordination committee meeting of various schools of capital complex held here at the conference hall of the Government Higher Secondary School held today wherein Headmasters, Headmistress and Headmasters Incharge of various schools attended the meeting.
Addressing the meeting Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan said that I am very much concerned and disturbed with education Scenario in capital complex and we need much to improve.
Itanagar being the state capital need to upgrade itself in the form of education scenario. The improvement is only possible if the school heads of the various schools extend their sincere effort and requested them to work out points related to the development of educational scenario of the capital complex with coordination of School Management committee and district administration and state government.
On earlier occasion such meeting was held wherein the output is also not satisfactory and progress is also not up to the mark and shows the lack of sincerity of the school incharge which is not laudable in this regard.
All types of employment generation depend on the education system and being the heads of the institution of the capital complex need to coordinate sincere effort of the development of education scenario.
On land encroachment issue Dhawan directed all to apply for land allotment immediately without fail, even after several request for last 3 month only P Sector School, Itanagar have apply while Police Colony have been allotted and seems that the school heads are less bothers about it but only raise the question.
All commitment could not be possible due to fund provisions but will tried level best to short out the procurement of furniture this years and requested all to submit the detail of requirement of furniture immediately.
Dhawan said that 56 school in capital have to start smart class and directed to submit report latest by 31st October for starting of smart class room or if any requirement need to resolved by said date or else strong action will be initiated against few those who have still not began their exercise.
He further appeal the school heads to monitor the teaching faculty as well as students capacity and system of teaching as well as well as attendance of students and submission of report every month and requested them to start of parents teachers meeting which would create a healthy competition spirit among the students with coordination and blessing and guidance of parents.
Dhawan said that capital administration have recommended for open defecation and a committee from centre would be visited by December 2017 and requested to maintain the toilet properly .
