Earlier in the morning Parliamentary secretary Health, family welfare and IT Phurpa Tsering has contributed two ambulance to CHC Dirang and PHC Dirang in presence of Sambu Siongju President BJP west kameng District, former ZPM Dor Tsering Dirang block and large numbers of party workers of the Dirang assembly constituency.
