Capital city dire need of labour waiting shed

There is a dire need of labour waiting shed in capital complex. The labourers and workers of unorganised and private labourers who go for daily wage earner use to stay here and there without maintaining any discipline as they have no specific labour stand in the city which can accommodate them during the morning hours from where they use to disperse with owner with whom they will go for work for the day.
It is a matter of great concern that these workers/labourers on various occassion meet with accident and even have to face heavy rain and heat of sun until they did not find a owner. Therefore administration specially district administration / IMC or Labour Board need to take care for a solution of a shed for the workers and labourers at Itanagar/Naharlaguna and Nirjuli separately for their welfare.
