Arunachal: Locals demanding shifting of garbage dumping ground from roadside
The locals of Karsingsa and Banderdewa are demanding for shifting of dumping ground from NH-415 roadside to a another safer place.

The locals including former PRI leaders, IMC Councillor of Karsingsa and Banderdewa are demanding for shifting of dumping ground from the block point of Karsingsa NH-415 roadside to a another safer place.
Karsingsa’s former ASM Kipa Taniang observed that the garbage are sometime thrown on the roadside which is an unhygienic state of affairs for all and also polluting the area as well affecting the health scenario of the commuters and animals passing from the area or residing near the area .
He said that he have meet the Capital Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan on Wednesday and requested for shifting of the said garbage dumping ground in the greater interest of the garbage management and to avoid health hazards.
There are several latest technology in garbage management for keeping city clean which need to be adopted Taniang said.
Since the area is entry point of the state capital and such a scene of garbage is also negligible for the form of beautification of the urban area.
Meanwhile Banderdewa IMC former Councillor Tai Tassung said that ” he have discussed the matter with former DC SK Singh.
Tassung blamed the IMC for it and appeal the administration and authority concern to take immediate action for shifting of the dumping ground and also for adoption of latest technology for garbage management.
