Arunachal- BJP Will Support PPA During Floor Test- Tapir Gao

In view of the political stalemate in the frontier state of Arunachal Pradesh, the state BJP has adopted a resolution to extend full support to People’s Party of Arunachal (PPA) during the floor test. This was informed by a official communication.
“The regional party, PPA is a core constituent to the North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) which is currently headed by the BJP, ” said state BJP President Tapir Gao while adding that the BJP shall extend outside support to the PPA. during the floor test.
Further, a resolution was adopted seeking graceful exit of the incumbent Chief Minister Nabam Tuki having reduced to minority.
144 Imposed in Sensitive Areas
District administration has imposed Section 144 in the sensitive areas in Itanagar and Naharlagun and prohibited the procession, rally, protest, dharna, road blockade, and other unlawful assembly or such other like activities. Large number of Security forces has been deployed in and around the Assembly and Rajbhawan.
