Khandu inspects site of Mini Secretariat, inspects ongoing work of sports stadium at Ziro

Chief Minister Pema Khandu today inspected the site of proposed mini secretariat complex here accompanied by PHED Minister Takam Pario, Transport Parliamentary Secretary Likha Saaya, Raga MLA Tamar Murtem, Ziro MLA Tage Taki, DC Kemo Lollen and SP Ziro Tage Habung.
The Chief Minister instructed PWD, the executing agency to complete the works of mini secretariat within the next 6 months, which is the working season.
Khandu suggested on incorporating traditional architectural designs in the building similar to Buddhist architect being currently adopted in Tawang and West Kameng districts in all government buildings.
The CM also inspected the site for the proposed multi-level parking attached to the proposed mini secretariat building. The parking site will have separate parking facilities for government and private vehicles with roof gardening.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by PHED Minister Takam Pario, Hydropower Parliamentary Secretary Phosum Khimhun, Transport Parliamentary Secretary Likha Saaya, Raga MLA Tamar Murtem, Ziro MLA Tage Taki, DC Kemo Lollen and SP Ziro Tage Habung.
Khandu also inspected the ongoing works of proposed sports stadium here. The 4000 seating capacity stadium is being constructed by DUDA, Ziro with open parking facilities.
