Arunachal: Komoli Mosang gets warm welcome in Jairampur
Newly inducted APPSC member Komoli Mosang gets warm welcome on her arrival at Jairampur on Thursday.

General Administration of Jairampur sub division organised a reception cum felicitation programme for newly inducted Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Member Miss Komoli Mosang on her arrival, at Jairampur circuit house.

She is the first Female from the Changlang district & 3rd from the Tangsa Community who has been appointed in this coveted post. She has served earlier in the Arunachal Pradesh Women Commission, as Chairperson from 2008 to 2011.
She had started her carrier as School Teacher in the middle school in Nampong, then in 1984 she had contested in Assembly Election from Noadehing-Nampong constituency, got elected and again in 1990 she was elected from 51-Nampong Constituency, she had served as cabinet minister for 10 years. In 1993 she had formed an NGO (R.K. Mossang Memorial Society) and running successfully RMSA/KGBV schools for educating girl child in interior places of Changlang district, Economic upliftment of Jhum cultivators, Providing health care service to community & various govt. programme.
The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is the state agency authorized by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh to Conduct Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of Arunachal Pradesh and to advise the government on civil service matters. It was formed in 1st April 1988.
