Arunachal: Fire devours school in Upper Dobam village

A major fire mishap which devour all documents and properities of Govt. Middle School at Dobam village in Banderdewa this evening.
Banderdewa Police Station OC K. Yangfo while confirming the fire incident which occurred at around 7 PM at Government Middle School located at Dobam Village in Banderdewa this evening.
He said that the fire which originated from the Headmaster room have completely gutted the documents, books and property including the roof calling and the headmaster room etc. However other class room are safe but calling and electrical wiring and other materials have been badly damaged in the mishap.
We are investigating into it and it is too early to ascertain about the source of incident. Yangfo added.
School Managing Committee Chairman Neelam Tang while inform that it may be a handy work of miscreants but it is a matter of investigation.
Tang further said that such incident is repeatedly taking place and this is the third time. The department was requested for providing of boundary wall and night watchmen but not been materialised till date.
An FIR have been lodge to police accordingly.
Even today Information have been passed on to the concern department and administration for further necessary action. Tang added.
