Minister Health & Family Welfare Alo LIbang while inaugurating the ‘Non Invansive Cardiology Lab’ with ECG/TMT/Holter/Echo etc here at Heema Hospital appreciated the role of the hospital in delivering the health care facilities to the people of the state.
Libang while addressing the doctors and other medical staffs said that state government is also focusing the health and education on priority sector with other important but there is lot to be done.
He said even if the state government is doing its best we are lacking behind several modern amenities and technology due to which the people of state use to go to nearby Guwahati and other parts of state and incur a huge amount and other problems.
Now after the cardiology laboratory arrived at Heema which is 1st of its kind even TRIHMS do not received yet will meet up the treatment of heart ailments
He urge upon the hospital authority to continue to serve for the suffering of the humanity and congratulated all the doctored and officials for having almost all the department of health care facility and wish for a complete success in the endeavour.
Heema Hospital CMD Dr. Byabang Rana while said that the hospital since its establish in 2003 have been serving the patient and catering to the needs of people in providing health care facility.
He elaborated that the hospital apart of providing treatment it is organising several health awareness and health awareness camps in several villages and urban areas of district and state.
Cardiologist Dr. Rinchin Dorjee Megeji, Medical superintendent Dr. Kesang W, Sr. Gynaecologist Dr. S Ahmed also spoke on the occasion.
Earlier Libang also visited several wards of the hospital and interacted the patient and distributed fruits among them.
