Arunachal: Itanagar Police arrested 3 gamblers, apprehended 3 minors
Itanagar Police arrested three gamblers and three minors from different part of state capital complex .

Capital Police carried out several raided in and around the Itanagar township area to contain the playing of illegal gambling and apprehended three juvenile and arrested three person on Sunday evening.
The raids were conducted in various location in and around Itanagar township; area and in Jullang area late evening. Police teams led by SDPO Itanagar Kamdam Sikom under the supervision of SP Capital M Harsha Vardhan conducted sudden raids and 3 juveniles have been apprehended and 3 persons have been arrested. Police have recovered large amount of gambling material including 23 dices.
Capital SP M Harsha Vardhan while taking to Arunachal24 said that a Case u/s 188 IPC and Arunachal Gambling Prohibition Act has been registered at Itanagar PS.
He said that capital Police have already cracked down on gambling in weekly markets. More such action will continue. Citizens are requested to refrain from such illegal activities or ready to face legal action as per law. SP added.
