Minister Home & RWD Kumar Waii today appeal the people to maintain yoga for healthy life and sound mind.
He was addressing the devotee of Bihangam Yoga sansthan at a function held at Jullang Badminton Hall organised by the Bihangam Yoga Samity of state under ages of Bihangam Yog Samiti of Jhushi, Allahabad (Utter Pradesh) said that Yoga is always helpful for any human being to keep ourselves fit and fine. Due to lack of time these days people do not go for walk and exercise but Bihangam Yoga with a Vedic system of Yoga help men to understand the Vedic system of Yoga which is natural way of getting healthy life and sound mind.
International Saint Krishan Sharma while delivered discourse on Bihangam Yoga in life, maintaining of human being for well being for the humanity and with Vedic system. Appreciating the state unit President for organising Vedic yoga system in state and hope that such system will naturally help one and all to get benefit from Bihangam Yoga.
