Citizens can also download and install the Mobile App from http://pgportal.gov.in. This would facilitate the citizens to Lodge Grievance and track its status easily.
On this occasion PS (AR) observed that until now whenever the citizens had any grievance, they would either submit representation or visit government offices and would also have to keep track of the file movement regarding their grievance. But with the advent of CPGRAMS, the citizens would be able to get their grievances redressed conveniently in a hassle-free manner.
The Chief Secretary, GoAP also said that this is part of the various initiatives being taken by the Govt to make the services paperless, faceless and cashless.
While launching the portal, the C.M., Sh. Pema Khandu lauded the I.T. Department for bringing out numerous initiatives in the recent times to bring maximum governance and minimum government. The C.M. invited all the citizens of the State to make full use of this portal and lodge their grievances here. He said that this initiative is going to change the way citizens interact with the Government.
Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh has notified Public Grievance Officers (PGO) for all departments to address the Grievances online. Department of Administrative Reforms will act as a Nodal Department to monitor the pending Grievances.
