The heavy down pour last night and early morning created havoc in the twin city of Itanagar and Naharlagun capital complex today.
The National Highway (NH) 415, Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) , and all the arterial roads of the twin city of Itanagar and Naharlagun have been badly affected and damaged at many places in between Hollongi to Itanagar, Itanagar to Naharlagun road, Pappu Nallah to Yupia, and Yupia to Potin.
Several vehicle were stuck in the Itanagar-Naharlagun , and Papu Nallah-Yupia road today morning due to heavy mudslide and rainwater which accumulated on the road which affect the free flow of the traffic.

The road near Borum Railway station also got damaged and blocked for sometime today morning and the passengers have to face lots of problems.
The local denizen alleged that the capital district administration is just keeping silence and mute spectator of the problem being faces daily by the citizens of capital complex.
A road leading to Tarajuli village near Borum also got damaged while culvert also completely damaged and the road completely blocked and the villagers are facing problems, the locals said.
