Govt Condemns Congress Allegation on Job Scam in Health Dept

Reacting on a allegation by Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee ( APCC ) on job scam in State Health Department, the Government Spokes person Bamang Felix stated that ” The State Government unequivocally condemns the irresponsible approach of the APCC in casting malicious, baseless and concocted allegations against Chief Minister Pema Khandu alleging his cousin’s involvement in the purported job scam in State Health Department”.
Mr Falix has issued a Press statement and said that “When the matter pertaining to issue of fake appointment letters came to the light, then immediately directions were issued to the Department of Health Services by Chief Minister for lodging FIR in the concern Police Station. Accordingly a complaint was lodged in Naharlagun Police Station by Director Health Services on October 24th 2017. And the Police also swiftly took action and registered a case no. 162/17 u/s 468/471 IPC dated 24/10/2017.
The Police has been directed to expedite the investigation and book the person(s) found involved in the instant case. It has further been directed that strict action against all the culprits must be ensured and nobody however big he/she is spared in this matter, Felix added.

It is committed to ensure that any body found guilty shall be taken to task according to the laid down government rules and the law of the land, said Mr Felix.
Further Mr Felix added that “Until and unless the investigation is complete and people involved are rounded up, it is immature on the part of the country’s oldest National Political Party to draw any conclusion which is frivolous and baseless.
It appears that the APCC has completely run out of issues and has therefore gone down to the extent of picking up random cases which are drawn from the figment of their imagination, stated Mr Felix.
Dragging the relatives to tarnish the CM’s image is nothing but cheap publicity stunt by the APCC which truly is unbecoming on the part of the leaders of the oldest National Political Party, added Mr Felix.
Me Felix also stated that “Instead of indulging in blame game, APCC should concentrate more on becoming a constructive opposition by joining hands with the Government for making Arunachal Pradesh a vibrant state. In the last one year we have not seen the Congress party making any positive suggestion to the government which is in the larger interest of people except for indulging in baseless blame game”.
