The Achi Dopum Welfare Society (ADWS) in collaboration with various other NGOs has organised peaceful candle light march from DNGC Ground to Tennis Court, IG Park this evening in honour of former MLA late Ngurang Pinch.
Hundreds of well wishers, friends, family members, students, intellectuals and supporters of former MLA took part in the candle light march and expressed their solidarity towards the much-talked demanding to unearth the truth behind the mysterious death of late Ngurang Pinch, Chairman,APAMB who was found dead on 18th November at Poma River.
Slogan with ‘justice delayed is justice denied’, ‘no justice no peace’, the aggrieved family members and the ADWS demanded for an impartial, speedy and time-bound SIT probe into the death, failing which, they said, they would demand a CBI inquiry.
They also demanded for the arrest of ‘all the 21 suspects’; seizure of their mobile phones and submission of the phone records; and ‘exposure of the sex racket involving young girls in Arunachal Pradesh.’
