Arunachal : WRD office building is lying idle since 4 yrs in Tirbin

This photo is example of the unplanned misuse of public money. The photo is of the office of Water Resources Department ( WRD ) at Tirbin in Lower Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh which is lying idle since last four years. However The RCC work of the office is almost completed bearing few finishing works.
According to the local people , this building have been constructed about 4 years back , but till now no officer have been either posted or either the building is utilised by the WRD Officials.
WRD, SE Daporijo Circle Genom Perme when contacted said that ‘there is no Sub-Divison in Tirbin, while sub-division and Divison are at Bassar and Tirbin is managed from Bassar and a section is there at Tirbin which is run by a Junior Engineer.
Perme also not aware about the construction of this building. In regards of construction of this building Perme said that he have to verify from the records as the infrastructure have been created by WRD for WRD office purpose or not.
However this reporter tried to contact local MLA and Parliamentary Secretary SJETA etc Gojen Gadi and WRD CE(WZ) Likar Angu but could not contacted.
