The training for the In- service teachers of Government Schools of Capital Complex concluded.

The training for the In- service teachers of Government Schools of Capital Complex in collaboration with Avanti Fellows and ALS IAS concluded today at ALS IAS Itanagar.
The Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan under whose initiative the training was organised has wished all the best to the trainees and expressed hope that they would now work with new zeal, motivation and enthusiasm and will give their best to improve the educational scenario of Capital Complex.
The Training was held for the first batch at ALS IAS for Maths and the second batch for Science would start on 8th October 2018. The Training was imparted through VSAT using satellite where the trainers directly communicate from their centre at a distant place through satellite.
The discussion or queries of the trainees could be communicated to the trainers through a screen. The DC stressed that this system ensures maximum output through minimum resources as the trainees are being trained by one of the best IAS institutes of the country without spending on resources through the use of technology.
He further stressed that this model can be replicated in other Districts too where resource persons may not be able to come personally.
