HRD Ministry agreed to release 53 Cr Under SSA/KGBV Salary

Persistent and consistent effort made by Chief Minister Pema Khandu seems to have bored fruit as the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) has agreed to release the pending 53 Crores under SSA/KGBV salary for the year 2015 -16 which has been lying pending with the Ministry for long.
This was intimated by the Ministry to the state government today. It may be mentioned that the state government had released two months pending salary of SSA teachers from the state’s exchequer even before the HRD ministry has assured to released the pending share of 53 crores meant for the state.
Chief Minister thanked Union Minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javedekar for his timely intervention in releasing the long pending share of the state. He also sought Union Government’s continuous support in all key sectors to make the state a vibrant and front runner in terms of development.
