Arunachal: Fire Service organises awareness programme

Fire & Emergency Services department of Arunachal Pradesh organising awareness programme in public places, educational and medical institution across the state, during Fire service week till April 20th.
“We are always ready to provide better services to the people inspite of several odds for safety of life and property” said SP (Fire & Emergency Services) Kime Aya while inaugurating the Fire service week recently at Itanagar Fire station.
Aya said that our services have been clearly defined for the rescuing the people, safety of life and property during the emergency period like Fire, natural calamity, disaster and other occasion even during the law and order problems which we are doing with our outmost sincerity with limited manpower and will continue to do so.
We get lots of hindrance during the rescue operation wooing to many reason as may be of small approach, haphazard construction, small roads and obstruction by the vehicular parking on the road, we need a system where the common man have a greater role and we will always there to guide and assist at all occasion, Aya added .
Demonstration were also shown the general public on the occasion for safety and security in any disaster and emergency situation and said that prevention is better than cure.
