AdiSU demands immediate arrest of Tani Jongkey and culprits of Taying

The Adi Student Union (ADiSU) demanded State home department especially capital complex police to immediate arrest of minor girl sexual abuse accused Tani Jongkey, Jt. Commissioner Tax and Excise and culprits of Lt Ojing Taying.
ADiSU general Secretary Buteng Tayeng addressing media person here at Arunachal press club today inform that demanding immediate arrest of accuse Tani Jongkey Jt. Commissioner Tax and Excise for aggravated sexual offence, union met SP capital today and IGP (LO) Nobin Payeng yesterday and discussed about the issue and they shows their concern on the issue.
He also inform that a case has been registered against him on 5 July last at Itanagar Women Police Station case No 57/17 U/S 341/354 IPC R/W section 8 of POCSO. But it is unfortunate that accused is still absconding and police is still clueless about the accused. but the police only assuring the arrest of culprits.
He also said that authority of women police station responds are not familiar with the victims family. Behaviour of police and clueless about accused is very doubt full on police or might be connection of high level in this matter Tayeng alleged.
Express silence of State Home Minister, Tayeng said that there was many unlawful activity was happen in capital complex or State but State Home minister is still silence , if he is unable to do some thing or unable to control law and order problem of State then he must be step down from his post. And hand over the post to a capable person.
While demanding immediate arrest of accused of Lt. Ojing Tayeng attacker or Murder, AdiSU East Siang District general Secretary Yon Taki.
He said that 40 days has been passed but still capital police have clueless on the accuse. there is no any positive result and we are not happy with the delay in arresting the culprits involved in the murder of Lt.Taying. We strongly condemn the act of killing Lt. Taying brutally and demand exemplary punishment to the culprits at earliest. Despite several representation, the police are still clueless and yet to find out the involved persons. The much delayed process is unfortunate and they strongly appeal to took into this case seriously so that a sense of security may prevail.
Late Ojing Taying was serious attacked by two unidentified person at Niti Vihar Itanagar and succumbed to grievous injuries to death. In this connection a case been registered at Itanagar PS U/S. 341/326/34 IPC. He added
Further, demanding immediate arrest of the culprits AdiSU served 30 days ultimatum to the department failing to which we shall go for a democratic movement against concern authorities.
