Hotel PYBSS organises ‘Handwriting Olympiad’

To provide pleasure and opportunities for the students of Class I – XII to showcase their talent in handwriting, the Write Right Institute of Technology in collaboration with administration of Hotel PYBSS on Sunday has organized a State level handwriting competition ‘Handwriting Olympiad’ here at PYBSS hotel conference hall.
Programme coordinator in charge of Hotel PYBSS Sojal Dey The handwriting competition will continue till March-2018 on every Sunday at same location where students from across the state can participate, adding that the said competition’s objective is to provide a platform to the students of class I – XII of the state to represent the state in a national handwriting competition.
The first day of the competition wherein total sixty six (66) students from various schools of capital complex has participated which was divided into three group (3) Group A class IX-XII, B class V – VIII and C class I – IV.
Informing that the aforesaid competition is being organised in every state of Nation and among the Champions and best 30 of the Qualifiers from each State will be competing for Grand Final competition, Sojal said that the best three writings from each Category will be selected by handwriting Experts and State’s Champions and Runner – ups will be participating in the handwriting competition at National level for which the date and venue will be intimated to each participants.
Speaking on the occasion, young singing Star from Arunachal Pradesh Jeli Kayi who performed in the Season-9 of the popular TV show the Indian Idol and female Journalist cum CEO of Arunachal News 24×7, Miss Sapna Tayem appealed students to avail the as much as benefits out of competition to showcase their talent as such opportunities comes rarely to represent state in a national level.
The 1st and 2nd winner of group A and B will be getting Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2000 each and the winner of group C will be getting Rs. 2000 and Rs. 1000 respectively. And at the national level same group’s winner group (A) will be getting Rs. 60, 000, Rs. 30,000, 15,000, group (B) Rs. 40,000, Rs. 25, 000, 12,500 and group (C) Rs. 25, 000, Rs. 15, 000 and Rs. 10, 000 respectively.
Apart from the organizing competition at Hotel PYBSS, the organizing committee has also conducted the same competition at Itanagar Public School on Saturday last where 30 students participated for which winner will be getting Trophies and medals.
