Minor Raped in Nirjuli, Accused arrested

One Tadar Tarak has been arrested by the Nirjuli Police for the alleged rape of a minor girl (11 yrs).
Capital SP Sagar Singh Kalsi informed Arunachal24 that. ” a missing report of a minor girl was received at Nirjuli Police station at around 10.30 PM on Tuesday”. He further informed that a team of police personnel led by OC K Dev swung into action and found that the girl reportedly went with a man.
On verification it was found that the man with whom the reportedly girl went is a habitual offender and have been involved in three other cases which are lodged at Nirjuli Police Station. The accused was earlier on bail.
Kalsi further said that the victim revealed the incident to her guardian and a juvenile officer as well. Later the police visited the place of occurrence (PO) and found several evidence including a knife, which will be sent for FSL for investigation.
Meanwhile, a case no-45/17 u/s-363/376 (2) (I) IPC RW Sec 4/5 (M)/6 of POCSO Act have been registered and the accused have been produced before the court and remanded for 14 days custody.

No one should bail such person. If anyone bails them, than they too should bear their punishment with them. Such type of bailer and accused are biggest enemy of a society. Capital punishment should be given to them i.e., they should be hanged till death or their private part with eyes should be removed.
