Kokrajhar- Theft in broad daylight, jewellery worth 10 lakhs looted

Thefts broke-in into a house in Kokrajhar town in broad daylight and looted property including cash, jewellery worth around Rs 10 lakhs from a house today.
According to police, thefts break into the house of one Satan Brahma, Labour Officer Kokrajhar at Hatimata area in Kokrajhar town today. The thieves break the godrej almirahs lock and took away cash, jewellery said to be around 10 lakhs. Teh place is just around a km from Kokrajhar police station.
The family members in the house are out when the incident took place.
“We had gone to Guwahati in the morning and when we return around 4pm, we saw the back door open and the godrej, almirah were broken and all the jewellery and the cash in the house gone.
Pulsri Brahma wife of Satan Brahma said that 3 nickles, palcuri 6 pair of ring gold and cash ten thousand were stolen by the suspected the professional thieves were involved in the incident.
An FIR was lodged with the Kokrajhar police station. Police later visited the spot and started the investigation
