Arunachal: Palvinder Singh and Tobi Riba received best ANO award
The award is given by Brigadier (Retd ) Dr. B.D. Mishra, Governor of Arunachal Pradesh.

Lieutenant Palvinder Singh, ANO, Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic and first Officer Tobi Riba, ANO, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Itanagar, are the first ever ANO who have received Best ANO Award for outstanding contribution in NCC, at state level and National Level, of 1AP BN NCC, during the 1st State level Head of School conference which is held from 23rd to 25 September 2019 , at Dorjee Khandu Auditorium.

Mishra, Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, In presence of Major General Bipin Bakshi, Aditional Director General of North East Region NCC, Taba Tedir Minister Education, Dr. Madhurani Teotia, Secretary Education, Genya Leij Director School Education, Brigadier, K S. RAO Group Commander Tezpur Group, Colonel R K shama commanding Officer 1 AP BN NCC.
