Arunachal: Chowna Mein inaugurates ADC HQ building and Govt HS School Exam Hall-cum-Auditorium in Chongkham

Mein exhorted the students to focus on their studies and work hard and also wished them for a bright and successful career and to bring laurel to their families and the Institute.

CHONGKHAM- New office building of the Additional Deputy Commission (ADC) was inaugurated by the Deputy Chief Minister, Chowna Mein today.

Mein in his address to the people said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and with steadfast support from Cabinet Ministers, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh (GoAP) has placed a paramount focus of bringing administration to the doorstep of the people. The completion of new office structures for ADC headquarters in Chongkham and Wakro within the current tenure exemplifies this commitment, paving the way for more efficient governance at the grassroots level.

Expressing gratitude, DCM acknowledged the people-centric approach of the government, underlining the prompt functionality of these ADC headquarters towards bringing administration to the doorstep of the people. He applauded Deputy Commissioner Namsai, C R Khampa’s for his assurance given towards implementing Jan Suvidha in the ADC Headquarters. This move will streamline document issuance, sparing citizens the inconvenience of traveling to the District Headquarters, he added.

He called upon the people to help maintain the new office building in the upkeeping of the office premises citing that it will add to the beauty of the township. He further said that Govt is further looking forward to develop the rural areas so that it does not lag behind.

Mein also inaugurated an Exam Hall cum Auditorium of the Govt Higher Secondary School, Chongkham, fulfilling a longstanding demand of the school authorities and the students. Mein highlighted the school’s exceptional performance and its integral role in the community, noting that the newly inaugurated Auditorium Hall will facilitate co-curricular activities and provide an ideal environment for examinations.

He further informed that Govt Higher Secondary School, Chongkham will be taken up under the Golden Jubilee Model School Program and its infrastructure will be upgraded.
