Capital police arrested two IRBn person in connection with Upper Karsingsa hit-and-run case in which a schoolgirl reportedly lost her life.

A speeding motorcycle hit a schoolgirl in upper Karsingsa on Tuesday morning. The biker, who fled the scene, was traced and arrested by the Capital police informed Capital SP Tumme Amo.
Amo informed that “Two person arrested in connection with a hit-and-run case in which a Class 9 girl Tarh Ania, was reportedly killed when a motorcycle (Royal Enfield registration no- AR 11 A 3716) hit her, near St John’s School in Upper Karsingsa, early Tuesday morning”.
The deceased Tarh Ania daughter of Tarh Kewu of Hiya village, Nyapin, Kurung Kumey district was a student of government secondary school Karsingsa, he informed.
Amo said after registering a case of hit and run at Banderdewa Police station the Banderdewa police team led by OC, R K Jha have arrested two person who are security person from 2nd IRBn.
The bullet has also been seized. Both were produced before the magistrate and remanded to 14 days judicial custody. SP Amo Added.
