Bomdila; Legal Aid Clinic cum Training camp held for Panel Lawyer

West kameng District legal services Authority and Arunachal Pradesh Legal Services Authority has organised one day legal Aid clinic cum one day training for panel lawyer on 16th October at Additional, District and session court Bomdila and circuit house Bomdila.
Earlier in the morning Member secretary Arunachal Pradesh Legal Service Authority Budi Habung inaugurated the 19th legal Aid clinic
After the inauguration of legal Aid clinic at Additional District and session judge complex, training for panel lawyers and para legal volunteers was conducted at circuit house Bomdila.
Welcome address was delivered by Additional District and session judge Gote Mega.
Retainer lawyer Atum lamnio on his address spoke regarding the Presentation on legal awareness activities conducted at various places of west kameng District.
Advocate khamu Desisaw spoke regarding development of lawyers skills, ideas on drafting and pleading and submission and arguments in court.
Member Secretary Arunachal Pradesh legal services authority has trained Para legal volunteers and penal lawyers, further he spoke regarding role and responsibility of legal services authority basic knowledge in law, do’s and don’t of penal lawyers, Arunachal Pradesh victim compensation, methods of jail visit and clinic and information regarding honorarium and professional fees.
