73rd Independence day celebrated all over Arunachal Pradesh
Along with the nation the 73rd Independence Day celebrated in all over Arunachal Pradesh with great enthusiasm and joy.
Itanagar- City BJP President Tarh Soping unfurl the national flag and address the party workers. He urge upon all to work in the interest of public welfare and unit among all community and tribe like several petals of flower.
Nirjuli- Nirjuli Bazar Welfare Committee (NBWC) General Secretary Tok Tabin Camdir unfurl the tricolor. He appreciated the gesture of the traders that all the shop have raised tricolor in their respective shops and take pledge for unity and integrity of nation with communal harmony. Tri color was also hoisted by executive members of All Arunachal Pradesh Labour Union (AAPLU) here at its head office. AAPLU President Dana Tadu while hosting the flag take a pledge to work for the nation building with the labour force with sincerity and dedication.
Yupia- 14 Doimukh MLA Tana Hali Tara unfurl the tricolor and take the salute of contingent of security forces, NCC, Scouts and guide and students. Hali on the occasion address the gathering and appeal all stake holders to shoulder their responsibility for better development. He also remember the freedom fighters on the occasion.
Doimukh- Independence day was celebrated with enthusiasm where large numbers of people gathered at general ground and tricolor was hosted by SDO Mokar Riba in presence of other HODs of department of the circle. The dignitaries also take part in tree plantation programme.
Sagalee- former Chief Minister and Sagalee MLA Nabam Tuki unfurl the tricolor. Tuki on the occasion stressed the need of maintaining of communal harmony and unity among each other. He emphasis on shouldering of responsibility by the youths in part of state development.
Balijan- In Balijan, ADC Tassso Gambo unfurl the national flag and take salute of march past contingent, witness several cultural extravaganza and band display. attended the function as chief guest and address the gathering. He urge upon all departmental heads and officials to create awareness on several flagship programme launched by central and state government and emphasis meaningful participation of public for participatory development in true sense.
Namsai – The 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp and gaiety in Namsai district at APIL ground, Namsai. Parade contingents from various schools and cultural troops performed to showcase the varied cultural hues of the district. Namchoom stated that “Team Arunachal” under the able leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu shall leave no stone unturned for achieving its vision of excellence in Governance and bringing transformational changes in all sectors for inclusive and sustainable development in the state. MLA announced that this year he is adopting Kaba Village under Namsai circle to be a model village under CMs Adarsh Gram yojana.
Changlang- Deputy Speaker Tesam Pongte hoisted the national flag and extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of the district. He remembered the freedom fighters, their tireless effort and supreme sacrifice which brought freedom from foreign rule. The remotes and trouble torn Tirap district bordering Myanmar also celebrated Independence Day in a very befitting manner and peacefully.
Aalo- It was celebrated with much enthusiasm and fanfare at general ground Government HSS School. Aalo East MLA Kento Jini, took salute from the 29 contingents representing ITBP, IRBN, APP, NCC and various other schools of Aalo town.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA highlighted various initiatives being taken up by the National and State Government for the welfare of the people.
Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project Celebrated Independence Day
India’s 73rd Independence Day was celebrated by NHPC’s Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project with great fervour and enthusiasm. The celebration began with hoisting National flag by Arvind Bhat, Executive Director. Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Bhat, Executive Director, Subansiri Lower Project extended his greetings to all the people present on the occasion and said that we must remember great sacrifices made by our freedom fighters for getting independence.
He appealed people to defend rights of other people while enjoying benefits and privileges of independence. He said that if we work unitedly, only then our country will move faster on the path of development. Baht said “all the legal hurdles regarding construction of Subansiri Hydroelectric Project have been cleared. We have to start the construction work of the Project after rainy season is over. NHPC is committed to complete the Project with the blessings of local people.” He further said “we are always with the local people of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam.
Kimin- Tri color was hoisted by former ZPM and public leader Tai Tayu amidst large nos of dignitaries, Gao Buras, HODs. School children from various Schools of Kimin and Public . Tayu in his address shows his gratefulness to the freedom fighters who laid down their life for the future generation. He called upon the people to shun differentiatiation on the basis of politics and stay in unicorn as all are the native of Kimin .
Thrizino- Thrizino-Buragoan MLA Kumsi Sidisaw unfurls the National Flag at Thrizino General Ground and take salute of march past, in his address Sidisaw lauded the central government and state government led by Narendra Modi and Pema Khandu for all round development. He also appeal the people to get benefit of several centrally and state sponsored flagship scheme which are for the greater benefit of the masses.
Tawang
on the occasion of 73rd Independence day, the Indian Army in East Tawang organsied a medical camp for providing basic medical check up and informative exhibition. The aim was to increase awareness, foster friendship with sister forces, civil administration and civil population. In Lhou, Hr.Sec.School Jang, Jangda and remote Damteng villages the national flag was hoisted and children of the schools marched to the tunes of army band saluting national flag. The soldiers and school children participated in cultural programmes.
