State ready to launch “Hamara Arunachal Abhiyan”- Bamang Felix
On the eve of the launch, Home Minister Bamang Felix said that the HAA initiative is to empower civilians and to have partnership with them to make better Arunachal Pradesh.

The state is fully geared up for the historic launch of Hamara Arunchal Abhiyan (HAA) with a tag ‘Chalo Banaye Behtar Arunachal’ initiative, managed by the people for the people, on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahama Gandhi at IG Park.
On the eve of the launch, Home Minister Bamang Felix said that the HAA initiative is to empower civilians and to have partnership with them to make better Arunachal Pradesh. He added that many youths and students have been invited to be part of the launching and has appealed the public to be part of the initiative with a sense of belongingness to take the state forward.
He further added that many CBOs leaders have been invited as well for the launching ceremony.
He said that once it is officially launched, the initiative will reach out till grassroots level and added that one needs to act as the Jhan Bhagidari to make the mass movement as success.

He added that the abhiyan will be made accessible for the public from tomorrow, through which people can help in community policing and containing law and order.
He further stated that Arunachal sits at 18th position in the country in community policing ranking. He said that the target is to break in to the top 5 list with the HAA initiative.
Capital Complex SP Tumme Amo informed that proper security arrangement has been made for the launching ceremony.
He added that 10 cultural troops of various tribes will performed on the day.
He also said that many CBOs leaders, youth and students are expected to be present on the occasion.
A special porgramme of Science & Technology Department is also there where more than three thousand students of capital complex will take part. Students will lit solar lamp assembled by themselves.
