RPF Forces Rescue Children

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) of N. F. Railway’s has been exhibiting sincere humanitarian approach by rescuing trafficked, helpless, destitute and run away children and women.
Head Constable Shailesh Sarma and staff of RPF Posted at Lumding North, on 9th Augustrescued one minor run away boy namely, Md. Amir Hussain Laskar, aged 12 yrs, resident of Dimapur , Nagaland, from the general coach of train No-15718 Dn (Mariani- Guwahati passenger). Subsequently, the rescued boy was handed over to his mother on the same day with proper acknowledgement.
In a another case 10th August, Sub Inspector Aruna Oraon and staff of Guwahati rescued two minor boys from platform No- 1 of Guwahati Railway station namely, Md.Samidul Islam, aged 10 yrs and Md. Majidul Islam, aged 13 yrs, both are resident of district Bongaigaon, Assam. Subsequently, the rescued boys were handed over to Railway Child Line, Guwahati.
