Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Police Welfare Society organises Mural Painting event

The Participants showed their optimistic point of view regarding the Police force through their amazing Art Work.

A Mural Painting event was organised by Arunachal Pradesh Police Welfare Society on Monday  as a part of community outreach programme and to instil a positive human face of police to the common people.

To strengthen, community policing in the State, a sum total of 26 (twenty Six) participants from various Schools and Colleges were called who whole heartedly participated and which included children from Police families and children from various schools of Capital Complex.

During the event, the Participants showed their optimistic point of view regarding the Police force through their amazing Art Work expressing the need of justice and the relation of Police with the Common People projecting the message “Police your friend, and well-wisher”.

This event was organised by the team of APPWS, for the state Police is working tirelessly towards maintaining peace and tranquillity in the state for the people while they are not able to express their availability and concern for social issues, though there are various outreach programmes.

Arunachal Pradesh Police Welfare Society team is happy to act as a bridge between Arunachal Pradesh Police and community to let them appreciate each other’s role and responsibility in the society.

The concept designer, Dr. Sushi Singh, an educationist and ex-officio chief Advisor Arunachal Pradesh Police Welfare Society, expressed her gratitude to all educational institutes who have come forward with a desire to make such efforts as part of the curriculum leading to holistic development.
